There's a time and a place to highlight violence against women (and men for that matter). Hijacking Valentines day is a cheap trick by the usually profound Banksy.

There's little enough to be joyous about at the moment without tainting a celebration day. There are 364 other days violence against partners can be highlighted.

I read now that the coucil has removed the freezer, doubtless to stay ahead of any outcry when a child climbs in and suffocates.

It's all good fun until somebody loses an eye.
