Question About Sauna’s How Much Do They Help Your Sinus’s?
6 Answers
Swimming, spa’s and sauna’s etc have never been my thing so to those who use them I wanted to ask 2 things
1) How much do they really help sinus health? Are there real benefits or is it just a feel good thing?
2) What is appropriate clothing in a sauna? I’m not the bikini type and will wear as much as I can but I don’t want to look odd
Thanks

Thanks guys, I’l give it a shot
Yes I do have a shower at home and the steam provides some relief (apart from the odd times when it’s really bad and I have to resort to Vicks). However I have a family who complain about a damp bathroom if I’m in there too long.
The bowl over the head thing doesn’t really help, not sure why
237SJ - I get what your sister means on dry days in summer I do notice improvement whereas with rain my sinuses are often stuffy. I think being surrounded by steam is very different though the moisture just loosens everything somehow.
