Hi,
BT have said my new digital voice service is up & running so I've plugged the phone cable into the router, leaving the router cable plugged into the wall (with filter). When I check the phone tho', I don't get the continuous "brrrrrr" to be able to call out, it's an intermittent "brrrr - brrrr - brrrr", like there's fault on the line.
Checked instructions I've found online & 1st thing it says is "unpack your Digital Voice handset". Eh ? Can I not use my regular phone / do I need to get a new one / should BT supply one ?
