Being Looked After On Christmas Day
I will be on my own this Christmas Day. So I am so surprised (but probably shouldn't be) just how many people, new friends, who are looking after me.
One family(with 5 ki8ds) took me for drinks in the local pub.The husband is cooking Christmas Dinner, which will be delivered to my door, with all the trimmings!
On Boxing Day,I will be with "new neighbours" for lunch/drinks and entertainment.
I think that this will be the best Christmas I have had for some years.
But over and above all, my Christmas would not exist, without all you wonderful guys here on AB,that have seen me through a really tough time lately.
So this is just for you~

I even had a call from the Canary Islands, where the two people (a couple) that have been really looking after me are on their (big family) hols.
Although they are away for a while, they have made a network of friends/contacts to look after me.I should be (and am) really grateful.
More updates will be coming! LOL
