Decaf Coffee Update
Two weeks ago I swapped my usual coffee for decaf after 2pm. That night I slept better than I had for a very long time and I am still sleeping better.
Woke up with a slight headache that soon disappeared after two cups of regular coffee.
It took ten days to lose the morning headache. After a week I switched the decaf at noon and today started at 10am.
Well worth it for the difference in sleep, I genuinely have more energy, more patience and feel happier.
I still wake up several times a night out of necessity but easily get back to sleep.
Don't intend to stop drinking regular coffee early mornings - yet.
Thanks for all the recommendations. If you are a big coffee drinker and have trouble sleeping give decaf a go
