Terribly sad. My heart especially broke for the 59yo man with 2 daughters & 6 grandchildren, who never got to meet his youngest grandchild; makes me think of my own grandfather, who I've no memory of (he passed before my 1st birthday). It's heartbreaking that this man was robbed of that chance to make just one beautiful memory with his littlest grandchild. Honestly, this is why I hate war & any kind of conflict, as it's not just soldiers in battle being hurt/killed; even the civilians are getting caught in the crossfire & they have to pay for it in blood, which is abhorrent as frick. It's not their war, For Funks Sake! 😭
