@thestath That's what I thought it might be but it doesn't account for the superfluous words "end of"?

@Lie-in King again that was another possibility in my mind but again doesn't explain the redundant "end of".

Yes indeed Lie-in King. Cap as a verb not a noun. Azed's clues can be very mischievoussnd misleading at times.
