that's not what the article says - RAC get thousands of calls , and so they cant always answer the phone immediately, They say it's quicker to go online, which is probably true, but you can still phone

True, you must be able to phone because there are still many areas in the UK that are 4G and 5G blackspots.

Well, it won't bother me, I'm with Start Rescue, only had occasion to use them once, by phone, excellent service! 🚗
