Good Morning Early Birds.
For those who've seen my post late lastnight in Body & Soul, I think I've broken my little toe! Not going to sit 7 hours in our hosp X- ray dep just to confirm this as all they can do is strap it to toe nxt to it, but Jesus Christ it's throbbing beyond belief and going a lovely shade of black : (. Oh well a perfect excuse to put my feet up for the day, as I can't even put any weight on it lol.
well it's Friday already again! What have we all got planned for today and the weekend? Think I mite give rock climbing a miss!! lol.

Let's hope you get some relief with the suggestions on the other thread. Sun is out here but weather changes so quickly that rain could fall later - hope not. x
Morning Smow, sorry about the toe.You don't seem to be having much luck recently with painful conditions. Sit and take it easy and keep your foot raised on a stool or similar. Quite chilly here and we are due for rain again, it woke me up in the night it was so heavy. Nothing planned for today except catching up on paperwork.
Good Morning. I winced when I saw your other post about the toe - being a barefoot-round-the-house person myself, I've experienced the stubbed toe event, surprising how painful it is - luckily (touch wood) I've never broken a toe although I did once stub my big toe when it had an ingrowing toenail which certainly "enhanced" the pain.
Grey day here, nothing planned although a trip to the local shop is called for some time.
Hope the toe improves soon, so you can get back to your rock climbing 😁
