Rotating Screen On Tablet

For the past few days my tablet screen has rotated to the wrong way. I've tried to change it back but no use. Any help please ?

Can you turn the tablet up the way you want it ?

Can you turn off auto-rotate in settings ?

Have you tried turning the tablet off, waiting, then on again ?

Maybe various combinations of the above.
