His last name rhymes with a rather pleasant place, folk are dying to get in there, he should've told The Telegraph.

Ooopsie!! Accidentally on purpose lol...

I think there's a slight oratorical tendency to put some sort of consonant between Jeremy and Hunt; the H isn't quite strong enough but if you strengthen it it comes across as a K sound

I don't believe he did it accidentally. He's a professional broadcaster and I'm sure he encounters all kinds of surnames in the course of his job. I have a friend with the surname Hunt. I've never mis-pronounced his name and neither has anyone else when I've been near him. Oddly though, he has a brother called Michael, who is known as Mick, not Mike!

when things were quieter the recording of " Les...Lesbian forces have - I am sorry Lesbanese forces have mobilised..." made me smirk

The cricketing Indian announcer who talked of Presiden XI - got his cards....

Trouble is, the term must be used regularly amongst political and journalism circles, and it would be easy to accidentally let it slip out.

And there was that sixties band called 'Mike Hunt Swarm.'

On one occasion didn't a presenter struggle to contain his giggles after the forbidden word hit the airwaves?

A classic snatch of radio.  😂
