To dodge the effects of the newly imposed VAT on public school fees, the Home Office is asking for discounts for diplomats.

They take with two hands and give it to themselves.

Barry, that would be hard to justify as they already get 90% allowance.

They should respond by refusing, and suggesting they ask some mediocre education establishment that has no respect for itself for a discount instead, as it would clearly have more in common with the diplomats in the present Home Office.
