Mohammed Amaaz, 20, is charged with two offences of causing actual bodily harm, one charge of assaulting an emergency worker and one charge of common assault.

Muhammed Amaad, 25, is charged with causing actual bodily harm.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said no police officers would be charged in relation to the incident.

Well I doubt jail is on the cards, thats only for hurty words or shouting at a Police dog.

Even more good news - the coppers aren't facing charges.

It's taken a while but at least the correct conclusion has been reached.

No prosecutions for the officers and putting these two scumbags in the dock is an uncommonly sensible decision by the CPS.

So it didn't need Farage to bring charges after all.

 

Good decision, there is clearly a case to answer. Just hope the jury proves to be a responsible one  they aren't always.

For once the authorities have made a decision that is in line with public thinking........

It just shows how we need to know all the facts before passing judgement. On the night the video was screened many people were screaming for the cop's blood.

Serves them right. They were given 5 months and every opportunity  to flee back to their "extended families" but chose to stay in a hostile environment. Now they will have to cock a snook in public.
