Tumble Dryer

I have an Indesit condenser tumble dryer model number W11551612 which is showing a red light when not in use. The light goes off when it is in use but comes back on again after a while. It's driving me nuts but I don't want to call out an engineer if it's something or nothing

I always switch mine off at the wall when not in use....

What does the user manual say, it will be online.

It could mean that you need all to clean all the filters, check the trap or empty the reservoir

Does it not say what the red light is for? All the lights on my hotpoint are labelled - "empty water container" "clean condenser" etc.

Maybe it's just indicating that the power is switched on.

I get a red light when the water tank needs to be emptied.
