My friend has an interview thursday at a local college which is for a place on a teacher training certificate of education course to teach NVQ Beauty Therapy.
As a highly trained therapist she has been employed by same company for a number of years now and has not had any interview experience in this time, and is understandably nervous about what sort of questions she will asked.
For example, will it focus on her treatment techniques etc or more on her ability to teach? Also, any other tips for interview technique would be much appreciated, it is very very important to her that she gets a place and wants to make sure she is completley prepared.
