Bit of a long shot but worth a try. I had a recipe torn from a magazine years ago for I think it was called Jamaican trifle. It is really delicious, a bit of an adult trifle. However, I have lost it. I know it had banana, pinapple, rum, Jamaican ginger cake, custard and cream in it but not sure if there was anything else and not sure of the proportions/method.......don't suppose anyone has got it..............
