Can anyone help.... went to a wedding reception and the DJ played this song.

It starts off slow and you wonder what it is and then it really gets going. Its a woman and she sings 'when you hold me in your arms, only you can set me free'.

Theres quite a bit of la la la song too - its probably 90's and very beaty. Please help me from becoming mad!!
