Baby Bird Suicides
2 Answers
Outside my house, I have a hanging basket in the shape of a ball.
About 3 weeks ago we noticed that a Wren had nested in there and had 3 healthy chicks.
There was a bad storm on Friday night and in the morning I found 2 of the chicks on the floor.
I have since disposed of them but i cant understand the reason why they would of jumped or where they pushed out by the mother.
Please help.

How lovely to have a wren nesting so close to your house but how sad two of the babies have died. Hope the remaining chick survives.
