I sometimes use Stork to spread on bread but my sister says thats gross as it should only be used for cooking. Who else uses it as an alternative to butter?
we used to use it at home when i was a kid,and no its not just for cooking its a margarine ,it dos'nt say just for cooking dose it?so why not its just a matter of getting it soft enough to spred tell your sister to try some.
However we used to have it as a spread as children and Leslie Crowther was often to be seen on television extolling the fact "That you can't tell Stork from butter". Butter was a luxury.
I use it for cooking ,baking and so on but don't like it as a spread.
I prefer butter but needs must and I have to watch my weight so I have Flora !!
well I mean I dont care what i spread between 2 slices of bread, its just that if there is no butter i use stork instead and my sis makes a big deal out of it.
