In general I would have some tasty food, daydream about happier days and think about all the good things you have in your life. Know how you feel Im a bit low myself lately. Tomorrow will be a better day x
nothing you can do at work but keep yourself occupied so you dont snap at people, but when at home best thing is just to hide under duvet and sleep all day :-)
yeah, i snapped at someone yesterday, felt dead bad last night, but he came over today to check i was alright.. .that made me feel worse for some reason!!
i know, i told him that yesterday
he said i wasn't acting myself.
ooooh i just need a good slap (and a bottle of wine - hee hee)
just havin one of those days
my friend just emailed me and he made me laugh
and then sun is coming out in scotland (well, where i am , don't know about the rest of scotland!)
Rom Im in edinburgh and the rain this morning would put anyone in a bad mood ! But the sun is coming out now indeed all good. Go and hit the shops at lunch, get a nice piece and bit of a sugar rush !
Aww ,sorry you are having a bad day Rom.When I am i try to stay out of peoples way as I know I can get snappy. At home I would probably curl up on the sofa under a blanket and just try to have a little nap till I felt better. If at work though, try and think about the ;ast thing that really made you laugh, how good your friends are, anything you may have to look forward to etc.
And if all else fails there's always us lot here!!
rom id like to know where in scotland you are !!!!!!!!!cos its cold wet and windy where i am i have not seen the SUN for ages, roll on June. a big cream cake may help .
well at least he said you wernt yourself that shows you are normally a happy person to everyone, theres some people that are like it everyday and I get bored of asking them whats up. :-)
Phone a friend you haven't spoke to in a while, it can be a real buzz catching up and puts you crappy day in context. Cheers rom hope it gets better, Friday Tomo, Oh yeah.
i cheer myself up, by making someones elses day ''Bad'' lol
Think of all the good things you like/do in life, ie a bit of therapeutic shopping, socialising, chilling out etc
We've all been in the same situation, some handle it better than others, just think ''positive'' rather than ''negative'' or just go out when you get the time, and get completely ''rat ar$ed'' if nothing else, your forget your ''blue day'' the next day, your just require paracetomol for youe hangover?
Some retail therapy may help. I have been feeling a bit like that all week but in my case, I think it is too much time on my hands being half term. Buy yourself something nice or cook a nice meal and indulge yourself. Hope you feel better soon.
