hi does anybody remember a tv cartoon from the 60's/early 70,s about a little boy called Joe whose mum and dad ran a transport cafe. i remember it on at lunchtime if he ever did anything wrong his parents would say "OH JOE!" ?

Yeah, it was one of the better Watch With Mother strands. I seem to remember 'Joe began to cry' inevitably followed 'Oh Joe'.
