the one i used to use was one spoon cream and half spoon powder.

that's a good question - what size is the spoon or how many grams is it because i don't have the spoon - my nan frew the box and spoon out.

a teaspoon should do the trick. as long as its one part powder to two part cream. you dont need to be too fussy just a rough guess should do it.
