Hiya curly! I was thinking about you today and wondered where you had got too. Thought about putting a link on media saying how wonderful Lorraine Kelly was to get you out of hiding.

Hurray for your new slippers - bet your daughter can't wait for the school run. Now you'll have one for every day and the tiger ones twice a week - woo hoo!

Sorry don't know the answer to your question about hair extentions though!

Rock on embarrassing tigerfeet woman!
:o)
Hi curlyperm, i got some 100% real hair clip in extensions from the Headrow shopping centre in leeds, for around 35, with 9 clips including to sew on - you can get the people to sew them on for you, but its easier just to do it yourself, its dead simple!!
The ones they had where i got them from came in 2 lengths i got i think it was the 12" inch long ones (i think!), but you can cut them to however long you like them!
The really good thing about them if you get the real hair ones is you can straighten & curl them, i have even dyed mine! (they were a strawberry blonde when i got them, but i dyed my hair a chocolate colour so i wanted them to match!).
I would think you could probably get some from a market or shopping centre in Manchester, because theres loads of hair extension stalls in leeds.
They are very easy to put in, you just sew the clips onto the top of the hair extensions then clip them in.
The people on the stall will try match your daughters hair colour to the extensions as best as possible.
i wouldnt bother going to a hairdressers as they will probably be more expensive, and its so easy to do that there really is no point!!
hope this helps! x
hiyya happy new yr 2 u 2!...i work in a hairdressers myself & a woman was in the other day with hair extensions that clipped in- they looked great & said they were from selfridges..so im sure if you live near manchester, youv heard of trafford centre?!..well theres 1 there, she said they wernt a bad price either but dont know the direct price..worth havin a look anyway! x
Hi, curlyperm!

I bought some clip-in extensions from this seller on eBay.

They're amazing! The colour match is exact and I get so many compliments when I have them in. They're real human hair, so you can wash, condition and style them as though they were your own.

I went for a 10 piece set but only use 6 of them. I alternate them quite a bit so they don't look worn.

They're easy to put in too. A little tricky at first, but you get the knack of it soon enough (with a mirror behind you). My top tip is to spray a tiny bit of strong-hold hairspray on the hair where you're about to clip it in, and then over the clip when you've finished.

Hope this helps, ws x :o))

Hiya, and thanks sooo much to you all, actually abbi i am having to go to the Trafford centre again this week so will check out Selfridges, my daughter says they have afro/carribean stalls in the arndale centre market so they might be a bit cheaper! whiskey sherri i was going to ask how many were needed, but if you think 10 is more than enough - thats great!
