111-113 I think I saw this on another question the other day. From memory they are all'weather' related, so you have David Niven as Phileas Fogg, a Ford Thunderbird and Troy Tempest from Stingray.

40.Not sure about this, but offer it as time is short.
There was a character called "Horrid Henry" in the books of the same name who asked for a Terminator Gladiator fighting kit for Christmas (hopefully because it was the name of a TV show he liked).
