Subliminal messages
5 Answers
I understand that subliminal messages cannot be used on TV - ads, or in cinemas etc. but is there a good reason why subliminal learning cannot take place in schools i.e. on computer screens, or the teachers' interactive whiteboard, and make learning/positive thinking easier for teenagers?

On computer screens subliminal messages could well spark eplieptic fits and damage eyesight (you try focusing on a flashing image and see how soon your eyes boggle) and it would be too expensive and difficult to implement.
It was stated in a previous answer that it would be expensive to implement but that is not the case after a brief search on the internet I found this site http://www.sublearn.com and if you go to the evidence section there is quite a bit to sugest that it could be benificial to use a subliminal learning aid, also the bbc has run a couple stories on subliminal learning
