Lowest calorie Pasta Sauce ?

What is the lowest calorie pasta sauce ? Ragu original and tesco used to be the lowest, but i noticed they have now changed and the calorie content per 100g has gone up ?? to around 45 cals per 100g
I'm looking for one around 25 cals per 100g ??

Tomatoes are one of the few veggies/fruits that cooking and process actually makes them more nutritous. That is a cooked tomato, fresh or tinned is better for you than a fresh one.
As for being "not as tasty". No way.
Gets some fresh off the vine toms. Chop up and slowly fry in some olive oil (healthy fat!). Mix with some onion, garlic and chilli flakes (optional) and stir into pasta. Slow fry for about 12 minutes. . Absolutely lovely!!!!

here's a quick recipe for a low-fat delicious pasta sauce: cook one onion in a tin of chop tomato for about 40 min. Then add oregano, garlic to taste. No oil or butter so it's low fat! Once the sauce is ready, you can add any low-fat cooked meat to it (chicken breast, lean beef, or fish). I always make it that way and the whole family loves it! It's much cheaper than a ready-made one anyway!
