Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Please could someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have posted a quiz All sorts of creatures for Hebden Green Community School Price �1 + SAE from Miss C Tomlinson, 32, Dukes Crescent Sandbach Cheshire CW11 1BL. Closing date 20th July. When I look at new quiz on the answerbank site there is no sign of this quiz but the page is full of old quizzes. What should I be doing ? Thank You for any advice. We are trying to raise �400 for a standing frame

If you mean you cannot see it when you go to the "search Quizzes and puzzles" box, I think it depends what you put in the Question title box when you first posted the quiz.

Thank you for that. I tried posting under a new quiz and new quiz but it didnt make any difference. The quiz at the top of the list has been there for weeks.

If you type in something unique to your posting - like CW11, you'll only get your postings.

There is a problem with the search facility on AB at the moment. It doesn't matter what you type in, it doesn't seem to recognise any postings for the past few months. I e-mailed the technical department and got the following reply about three weeks ago:

"Dear Magyar,

This is a message from the Answerbank Support Team.

We are working of the search facility at the moment, and the search could be affected at that time. We cannot provide any more details at the moment regarding this matter.

We hope you still enjoy the AnswerBank.

Hi,

I'm working my way through the Creatures Quiz and I'm almost positive there's a mistake with question 52. It's in the 'H' section and I'm sure the required answer is pink hippo which was George. But the question asks about Zippy which wasn't really any particular animal. I'd be interested in your comment.

I did post a correction about q 52, which should read Rainbow's George! Sorry about that and q52 will not now count in the quiz.
