cheep sleeping in stockholm,oslo and copenhagen

Are there any cheep sleeping places to be found in the above towns? I am looking for something other then hostels as I do not want a dorm sleeping arrangement.

Don't be put off by the word 'hostel' in the name of that website. If you click 'Additional search options, you can select 'budget hotels' and 'guesthouses'. It's the best budget accommodation site which I know of.
