My Identity was stolen and I still had to go to court for bad checks written under my name. I was found not guilty but it is still showing up on my criminal background check. Do You know why and how I can get that removed?

Are you in the USA? I ask because of the way you have spelled checks/cheques. If you are then you may have trouble getting an answer to your question on this site as it is a UK based site and most of the people here only know UK/English law.
this situation will not come up any criminal record check but will come up on any background check. thus if you have a CRB disclosure then the offence will not show up as you were found not guilty. But if you have a police national computer check done then it will show up as it was a charge that was brought against you - but it will also show that you were found not guilty.

This is something that is impossible to have removed.
