One coloured wall.

Does anybody have a wall in their sitting room a different colour to the other three, whether paint or wallpaper?

I see this all the time on various TV home improvement shows etc, but a part of me likes order and symmetry.

If you do what single colour do you have against the three other walls. And do you like it?

One of our walls in the lounge is chocolate coloured wallpaper.
Other three walls are cream wallpaper.

Im in the middle of decorating at the moment.Im doing two feature walls in wallpaper either side of the chimney breast and painting the other walls.

3 cream walls with the wall that has the fireplace in a burnt umber (dirty orange lol)

BB It is only the large chimney breast wall that has the fireplace which is dark chocolate.
All others are cream, so yes, I suppose we do look at the coloured wall as you put it.

chocolate is a nice modern, warm colour Cruella
and the cream walls must brighten the room up

My walls are all the same colour...however, if I had a fireplace I may throw another colour in for a bit of rock and roll.

in my living room i have 2 cream walls and 2 lilac walls. i hate it, mainly because the colours dont look as nice together as they used to, but i think that having a feature wall, like having all walls lilac apart from one thats dark purple, looks good
