Im gonna order summit from my local chinese takeaway.
but ive got a bottle of comportillo rioja.2006.
what would go nicely with this from the chinese?

any suggestions from the wine buffs out there?

Tonight I have fried 3 finely chopped onions in butter ghee with ginger and garlic and 3 shiney red habaneros. To the mush I added a jar of Patak's Vindaloo sauce and 3 packs of Lidl King Prawns. The result will be dynamite.
