David Copperfield was on stage performing his magic act assisted by the supermodel Claudia Schiffer.

For his next act he needed a member of the audience. He asked for a volunteer and this bloke puts his hand up. Having been picked by Mr Copperfield this bloke come bounding down the steps and runs up on stage.

The act consisted of a large wooden box, like a large wardrobe, but with tiny slits all around. In this box was positioned a sturdy table. He asks this bloke to enter this box with Miss Schiffer, after which the doors are closed. The act then comprised David Copperfield putting long swords into the slits in the box at regular intervals.

Once all the swords were positioned in the box the illusionist received rapturous applause from the audience.

The, one by one, and to a drum roll, all the swords were removed from the box.

When the doors were opened the audience gasped - this bloke was giving Miss Schiffer a table ender!

The Magician shouts out "You can't do that, thats my fianc�" to which the bloke shouts back "No, but its f****** magic!!!"
