After walking home from dropping my son off this afternoon i noticed it was bin day on a particular road. and some of the bins had not been emptied even though that road had been done. on closer inspection i noticed a sign that had been attached to the bin saying it wasnt going to be emptied as was too full!, now the lid looked about an inch and half up, but no rubbish was hanging out or anything, it merely needed a lil shove and would have been fine to empty. i cant help but be peeved off for these people that will have to wait another 2 weeks before a collection. and the cost of coucil tax that pays rubbish collecting should make sure its done what ever state. whats your views??

Its bloody ridiculous I've heard your bin may not be emptied if they believe the contents are recyclable, which is fair enough but what if you do recycle but your bin still over flows? Like this poor sod who now has a criminal record.

Where I live we use communal bins, 3 large bins for 15 properties as you can imagine they are often overflowing & we're fortunate that we still have weekly collections!! Also across the road have to put their bags out every week but often you see people crossing overing between collections to put their rubbish in our bins. Are they going to stop emptying them bins without anyway of knowing who is to blame?

Parents Can't buy booze in supermarked if accompanied by teenagers.

I would against all my principles empty the dustbin in the road at dead of night.

As i said before though, we pay our council tax so our bins are emtiped! so what does that money go on if your bin is refused, box of biscuits for there tea break?????
