You have to circle the least often/most often. There are 16 of these questions. I would like to think that I am good at all of the choices in some of the questions. Many of the questions pose a similar dilemma. What are Tesco looking at, or should I say for, when they pose these sort of questions. I'm unfamiliar with recent interview techniques etc as I was employed for more than 17 years in my last post. Thanks in advance.
Hi missspeedy, I sort of guessed as much - so if you say that you're good at leadership, are they going to assume that you won't want a shelf filling job (which is basically all I want).
