misleading JOB VACANCT ADVERTS ?

i worked for a car delivery company some years ago , and the JOB was paid pre determined based on mileage .... meaning it was paid the same whether any give job , took ten hours or two , the rate of pay was the same "price work 2 - that was over ten years ago , when i worked for this compny ...... and since then , when ever they advertise the vacancies ... they never state in the advert , that the job is not paid by the hour ,,,,, they probably dont have to declare this on the advert ,,,, never the less at there own discretion , they could makre this fact known ? any simlar topics ?
