flies sunbathing

there are loads of flies sunbathing onthe window sill. They are laid on their backsoaking up the sunshine. will they die like this?



PS has anybody ever made a fly sandwich? looking at them is giving me an appetite

Dear grav - have ye never heard of fly cemetery - excellent scottish dish - wonderful pastry dish. Now off you go and try it, and while you are doing that - awa' an bile yer heid!!! Best wishes - enjoy!!

You could roast them in the oven and save them in a small jar. When you have enough use them like chocolate hail on your sandwiches.
