One thing i love is fruit salad with greek yoghurt (low fat of course) with honey drizzled on the top and diet permitting, some seeds/nuts sprinkled on top (i like pumpkin and sunflower seeds).
I usually have red & white grapes, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries a chopped banana, strawberries and kiwi fruit (or a mixture of the above depending what i have in)
If you are watching your pennies as well as the lbs i reccommend Aldi for the ingredients. Always fresh, cheap and very very tasty.
Quick easy and very filling.
