Pls let me explain; my brother has been in relationship for 6yrs (married for 3 of those yrs). Ever since he can remember his wife has had extreme mood swings which appear to be within first couple wks of month (her menstrual period usually is 3rd or 4th wk of month).. my bro has kept a diary of their arguments which do seem to create a pattern at the beginning of the month. Usually the argument starts from something really petty that she picks up on, be it from the kids (they have two) or my bro... then it becomes a full blown row and escalates into personal vendetta against my brother (her husband). She blames him for everything telling him he's lazy, good for nothing, that he doesn't help with kids, he doesn't do anything for her etc etc she literally screams at him. He tries to keep calm until it gets to a stage he has to defend himself and then the row goes on for hours, sometimes a day or two. He is always the one to back down, finally telling her he is sorry for anything he has or hasn't done, he tells her he loves her and tries to calm things down, till finally she comes around. Now I'm not being biased but my brother is anything but those things, he works during the day from early morning (running a caf), the moment he gets home he helps around the house, cooks dinner when she doesn't want to, takes the kids out or plays indoors with them, he gives his wife all the time in the world if she wants to spend time with her, he loves her dearly and is always telling her. But these arguments are bringing him down so much that I had him on the phone crying to me a short while ago, he's at his wits end and I turn to you for advice please. (continued)..
