A quick note for this morning...

Hi folks,

Just a quick one for this morning.

Many users were banned today, mainly because of silly arguments and insults being thrown around willy-nilly.

It really needs to stop.

As we draw ever closer to a time where bannings will result in a permanent loss of access to Answerbank people should be on their best behaviour.

Any threads posted to get peoples backs up will be removed and so will the user, so be careful.

I have tried to be slightly leniant as of late - just removing posts rather than users to give them a second chance - but it's going to stop.

Thanks to all those who have been behaving themselves!

This is a rare site, where people willingly pool their resources and knowledge over an enormous range of subjects.

I would love to be able to recommend it to my friends but the way it has been lately I have been unable to do so - and many people have left.

I am very pleased to see a pro-active editor take charge of the situation.
