How about little Cheese sticks. Cheese with one of the following: Grapes, Olives, Pieces of Pepper on tooth picks. A friend of mine covered a cabbage with silver foil and stuck all the tooth picks into the cabbage, that looked brilliant. Or Nachos with a Cheese Dip: 200g Gouda 200g Provolone Cheese (you can probably take any available cheese, though) 125g cream (double) 150g soft cheese Some garlic (or g. powder) Worchester Sauce Tabasco 2-3 Jalapeno Peppers Grate Cheese and melt with the cream in a pot. Careful, don't burn, be gentle. Add soft chesse. Season to taste. Cut Peppers and add. Serve warm with Nachos.
Oh have I got an answer for you: One wooden carton of Camembert - Remove lid and packaging. Cut across top to slice of Camembert skin, cut about 2-4 cloves of garlic into chunks (to taste) and bury within the cheese, lay a spring of rosemary across the top and grill until lovely bubbly and golden. Serve hot and dip bits of french stick into it.... heaven....
Wrap brie or any cheese in phyllo dough and bake until golden brown. Serve with rasberry jam. If you can find a hot jelly (jalapeno) mix it with the raspberry for some extra kick.
