I've had this red spot on my chest since I can remember. someone suggested it was a blood blister, but I think they go away after a while. Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it ????

Haemangioma......depending on size,,,Laser or Cryosurgery.

does laser surgery hurt sqad617 ??? and will it leave a scar ???

No, it shouldn't hurt and depending on the size, shouldn't leave a scar.
