i was ask'd the other night to pick somene up.the time & place was arranged.so come the time i went to pick him up i had a small bump in the car.my excess was �300.
can i ask anyone the question!!
should i pay all the excess of �300
or
should he pay all the �300
or
do you think that he should give something towards the �300.

If the accident was your fault, you shouldn't pay the �300.

If it was the other driver's fault you should pursue him for it.

Or did you back in to that post you've planted in the public highway outside your house?

you've gotta feel for this guy. his house is literally falling down. he hasn't paid his rent. he's vandalised the road outside his house, and...... he has a trailer parked outside :o/
