How can i show my belly?

I'm a skinny guy, but i can puff out my belly so it looks fat(not seen under clothes).
I made a bet, that i can show my naked fattened belly to our sysadmin (who is only 2 years elder) and he will be suprised. How can i do this? and if he ask why, what should i tell?
