Where can I get cosmetic surgery done for free?
8 Answers
A friend of mine who is not on AB (very foolish I know) has asked me to post this question for him. A few years ago there was a company in America who very kindly offered us Brits free cosmetic surgery if we would allow them to broadcast our operation on the Internet. At this time we did not have the Net, as it was in its' infancy, but we do now. (See link at bottom of post)
Upon further examination we find the site to be no longer operational, and do not know what to do. He cannot really afford cosmetic surgery, and the NHS will no do this, as it is not urgent, or medically necessary. Do any ABers remember this site, or know where to get free cosmetic surgery for men and women? I understand that all surgery is cheaper abroad, and you could go on a "medical holiday", and come back looking different, and have had a free break into the bargain. Would appreciate some help on this one, as have heard very bad reports from some spheres on this last point.

there has been a lot of stuff in the news lately about peple having botched cosmetic surgery abroad, and the NHS refusing to pick up the pieces (sometimes quite literally) because they have effectively gone private for it.
I suppose i would just urge your friend to be happy with what they have, and count their blessings tey dont actually HAVE to hve surgery to stay alive!
