There is such lack of respect for people, wherever they are from. As for the National Anthems, Welsh people sing "The Welsh National Anthem" and "God save the queen" being part of Britain. Why do the English have to show such disrespect towards other cultures and languages? is it because they are unsure about their own identity?
I never quite understand why English teams sing God save the Queen as surely that is the National Anthem of GB so why don't the English sing something else maybe then they would have respect for other peoples songs/culture as their own would mean something to them as a national group. Also I think that sometimes the English are not proud to be English because of some of the shameful history they have regarding the British Empire etc maybe if the good points of their social history were highlighted rather than political they might have something to be proud of.
