Breaking Wind?

Is it true that there is a gravestone in a Porstmouth (Hants) cemetary which bears the phrase: "Wherever you be, let the wind go free, for the stopping of this, was the killing of me". If anyone knows please be as precise as possible about the location, Many thanks.

I heard it was on a gravestone in St. Saviours, Aston, Birmingham reading 'Wherever ye be, Let your wind blow free, For the want of a fart was the death of me'. Seems it might be an urban myth? Anybody know where it is written, and still there so it can be verified?
