An Old One

Little boy is watching his mum having a bath. He asks her what those two big round things are on her chest.

She tells him they're balloons, and when she dies they inflate and float her up to heaven.

A week later the little boy comes running into the house shouting that the lady next door is dying. When asked why he says that he replies that Daddy is lying on top of the lady next door and blowing her balloons up.
