I have taken to drinking a home made smoothie for breakfast as buying a brilliant Kenwood Smoothie to Go machine last weekend ...... my question is can anyone calculate the calories in a smoothie made as follows: 6 grapes 1 kiwi 3 large strawberries 3 chunks of carrot 1 stick of celery 2 dessert spoons of Good For You natural yoghurt 50 ml orange juice (pure)
And how does this compare to the calories in my previous typical breakfast in the canteen at work: I slice white cheese on toast 1 hash brown 1 rasher bacon 1 sausage
