abh and my boyfriend!!!!!!!
hello everone! my story is that one night myself and my fiance were drinking with some others, when one of the other guys decided to start a fight on my fiance! they ended up fighting, which included my fiance hitting him and the other guy trying to hit back, my fiance was to good a fighter for the other guy! so the other guy ran into his mums house, still shouting abuse at my fiance, so my fiance went in after him and continued hitting him, the other guys mum was there whom is old, we ended up spliting them up! the other guy called the police, myself and my fiance were arrested from friday till monday when we had to go to maggistrates court to get bail, maggistrates sent our case to crown, two months later we have been told by our solicitors that the charge was not a gbh section 18 which we were charged with at the start it has now been but down to an abh charge. but is still to go before the crown for plea. will we be sent down to maggistrates? myself and my fiance are members of the irish travelling community we are not from uk, we are from ireland, we were just over on holiday at that time! i am only 17 years old, my fiance is 18, we are very young, we are also having a baby im only a few weeks pregnant! the people that my fiance was arguing with are english gypies and the guy whom was beating is well known to the police for bad stuff. this was a drunken argument! we did no mean for any of this to happen! my fiance has never never been in trouble with the police before and never attends to be again! will my fiance go to prison? if yes for how long? if no to prison then what? thanks to everyone who helps me.....
