Disclosure of evidence until what point can the police submit evidence in a case for a driving offence PLEASE HELP I AM GOING TO BE WRONGLY CONVICTED

I am due to attend the magistrate's court on the 1st of march for failing to provide and driving a vehicle with no insurance. I have already pleaded not guilty as I was not driving and have asked the CPS to provide me with CCTV footage from the front of the police vehicle and inside the vehicle after my arrest. The CPS did provide me with evidence from inside the custody suite but said that the had no other evidence in the case and stated that the prosecutions case had been served in its entirety. Does this mean the police have no other cctv footage? Can the police withhold the evidence and if so when is the last possible moment they can produce it. If they produce it on the day of court do I have a right to adjourn the hearing. Is there a type of disclosure when no further evidence can be submitted in the case.

However, the police cannot withhold this sort of evidence - if they say they haven't got it, they haven't got it. What makes you think they should have?
Surely you want them to produce the footage?
